A little into the process. Notice how the ice in the upper portion is changing as the good stuff drains off.
This is the end of a first run with the lees. Not much moisture is left if all goes well.
The outer ice is almost clear, but still a lot of good stuff left inside.
This is about where I end the run. The middle one still has a little time to go though
