The Fermatorium Mead Projects page.

Within this group of pages, I will share photographs and discriptions of some of my projects.

The purpose will be to provide an idea of how a variety of projects or tasks can be done.

The examples will show some of the processes that I have developed or adapted in the evolution of my brewing style.

I hope you find them useful, or at least interesting. My ideas are here to share, so please borrow or modify any of these processes
if you think they might be helpful in your Mead Making Adventures.

On November 6th, 2001 I picked picked enough Pomegranates to fill three 50 lb. onion bags. I don't have any idea how many pomegranates
were picked or how much they weighed. I extracted 5.6 gallons of juice from the fruit and made three batches of mead from it.
